Singin’ In The Rain in London – yes really in the rain, in London

Gene Kelly is probably the first name that come to everyone’s lips when Singin’ In The Rain is mentioned! However, the stars of the new stage musical in London’s West End are Adam Cooper and Scarlett Strallen.

Singin’ In The Rain is the story of that first Hollywood musical, which follows silent movie star Dan Lockwood, who has everything he could ever want – fame, adulation and romance. Rumour has it that a new kind of film is about to become the “norm”, film where actors talk, sing and dance!

A time of big change in the film industry, when the silver screen found its voice. Singin’ In The Rain has all the sparkle and spectacle of the golden age, featuring songs such as Make ’em Laugh, Good Morning, Moses Supposes and of course Singin’ In The Rain.

This is a real feel good musical which will lift your heart and set you singing and dancing in any weather, even during a wet British summer!!
